This song was inspired by a line in the Tom Robbin’s novel “Even Cowgirls Get the Blues”. This is my first attempt at an arrangement for the song and I expect it to evolve somewhat from here. Your comments will help with that evolution!

I confess to running out of time to do a “proper” recording this week, but the show must go on! So I have uploaded a rough n ready recording from this afternoon’s house concert. Marie is on the melody horn and gets a bit of audience participation on the backing vocals. I plan to have snare drum and mandolin on the studio version.
